Registration Information . . .
Registration Fee
For registrations postmarked on or before by
7/1/09, the registration fee is $220. per person. For registrations
received after 7/1/09, the registration fee is $250 per person. All
registrations and payments are due by 8/19/09. Scholarships are available
upon request. Email info@guidanceco.com for more info. Once we have
received your registration form and payment, we will send you an email
confirming your registration.
Cancellation Policy
If
you register for the workshop and are unable to attend, please notify us in
writing prior to the workshop. If you provide your written notification
prior to 7/1/09, we will refund your registration fee less a $75
non-refundable cancellation fee. If we receive your notification after
7/1/09 we cannot offer refunds for any amount.
Placement Class
For safety and effective training, each
dancer’s technical level will be assessed during the placement class. This
class will allow us to place dancers in the appropriate level.
Participation Details
Dancers should plan to participate in all
scheduled activities. This is a Christian
worship dance training program, and various religious topics will be
discussed.
The performance on Sunday morning will
be a part of Covenant Way Church's normal worship service. Families
and friends are invited to attend. The dancers will share choreography
learned during the Intensive Program.
Dress Code
Dancers are expected to wear modest dance attire in which they can move freely.
A leotard and tights are required at all times. Dancers should have ballet shoes,
jazz shoes,
and lyrical sandals (foot undies/dance paws).
